Service

Cerberus Cloud (“the Service”) is an automated AI code review tool provided by Misty Step Inc. (“we”, “us”). The Service installs as a GitHub App and generates review feedback on pull requests using multiple AI models.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are managed through GitHub Marketplace. Pricing, plan limits, and billing cycles are governed by your Marketplace subscription. Each plan includes a monthly review quota. When the quota is reached, reviews pause until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service for legitimate code review of repositories you own or have permission to access. You may not use the Service to reverse-engineer AI models, generate training data, or circumvent usage quotas through automated means.

Disclaimer

AI-generated reviews are advisory. The Service does not guarantee the detection of all bugs, security vulnerabilities, or code quality issues. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all suggestions. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misty Step Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from code defects not detected by the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate by uninstalling the GitHub App or cancelling the Marketplace subscription. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or GitHub's terms of service.
